Refund policy
Because every item is made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, style preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.
We do, however, want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with the quality of your item, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Replacement
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you have 10 days from the delivery date to contact us so we can make it right.
To process a replacement quickly, please include:

Once approved, we will issue a free replacement of the affected item.
Non-Returnable Items
Because your item is created specifically for you, the following cannot be returned:

Incorrect size ordered

Items past the 10-day window
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please contact your carrier first. If the package is deemed lost or undeliverable, reach out to us — we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin production quickly. If you need to update or cancel your order, please reach out within 6 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at foxwritesauthor@gmail.com.
All digital products—including downloads, templates, prompt packs, graphics, and printables—are final sale due to their instant-access nature.
Once the file is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Download Issues
If you experience a technical problem accessing your file (corrupt file, missing pages, link won’t open, etc.), contact us and we’ll make sure you receive a working copy.
License & Usage
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are for personal use only.
Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the files in any form is not permitted.
If a commercial license is available, it will be listed on the product page.
